Seung Ho Lee (Manager)

Mr. Lee  has twenty years of experience in all stages of domestic and international patent law.  He has been involved in numerous patent infringement lawsuits and represented both plaintiffs and defendants.  Mr. Lee has extensive experience in patent prosecution and wide range of related activities including patentability, validity and infringement opinions and client counseling.  Mr. Lee is also licensed to practice before the Korean Patent Office.  As a Korean patent attorney, he prosecuted numerous patents for more than a decade in Korea. He has B.S. and M.S. in control and instrumentation engineering which he acquired in Seoul National University.  Before establishing Insight Law Group, he worked at IP Center of Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd., a world-renowned electronics manufacturing company,  and handled various patent-related litigations and licensing matters.
